Tyranny is described as the abuse of power .
As humans we have natural right , rational necessity and the duty to resist and to fight the tyranny manifested by the abuse of power

The ' normal ' role of the ' law ' in civilized countries is not to terrorize and deceive but is to maintain the ' social order ' , ' fairness ' and ' justice ' utilizing the earned and created respect of citizens . That requires appropriate conduct by state institutions ( and courts ) and people in those institutions .
The medieval anglo system of Queensland variety became totally degenerated creation of truth deniers and moral midgets who are hiding behind an armour of lies , depravity , hypocrisy and evil deeds . They are trying to blur the distinction between the lies and the truth , between the right and wrong , between the justice and persecution .
Such is the true nature of this rotten , corrupt and perfidious system that the main role of its institutions is concealment of frauds and creation of deception of normality ,' equality ' and ' fairness ' in order to pacify anger , disgust and frustration

The last straw
In five years of my struggle for justice I had numerous blows and knocks , including judicial crimes , which I am describing on my personal web pages . (link - on the left bar)
Recently , I was subjected again to the demeaning and discriminatory treatment by the conduct of Queensland SC judge Roslyn G Atkinson who showed her contempt and loathing for me as a non anglo and a non lawyer by completely ignoring me as a human being, a citizen of Australia and the party in ' court of law '.

You ' homo brutanicus ' , you corrupt , rotten , racist , arrogant ............. how dare you to treat me in this manner !
Being a judge of Queensland Supreme Court is a position of responsibility to the people of this state and NOT YOUR FRIENDS

The State which is persecuting own citizens who did not brake any laws ,
the State which has not got working laws giving effective protection to innocent citizens, the State which operates through institutions averse to the protection of human rights of its citizens is referred to as ' failed state '.

- Concealing the abuses of law - it is the corruption , isn`t it ?

- So called ' immunity ' of judges - putting themselves above the law - it is the corruption , isn`t it ?

- Insults , humiliations , contemptuous treatment by State institutions - it is the corruption , isn`t it ?

Please don`t tell me that my fight with corrupt , rotten , feudal , evil system
and the witchdoctors and their backers is a joke ... I do not get it .
